Sam is CFO at Patient Discovery, where he is responsible for corporate development, finance, human resources, and investor relations.

Prior to Patient Discovery, Sam was an investment banker at BMO Capital Markets (formerly Greene Holcomb Fisher), where he provided M&A advisory services to middle market clients. Prior to BMO Capital Markets, Sam was a strategy consultant at PWC Strategy& (formerly Booz&Co), where he provided strategy and operations consulting services to Fortune 500 clients. Prior to PWC Strategy&, Sam began his career at Target Corporation and held various roles in compliance & ethics, operations & supply chain, process improvement, and strategy.
