Lia Ahchu joins Patient Discovery as VP Client Success

Patient Discovery Solutions, a leader in patient-provider engagement technologies that harness the voice of the patient and the power of real-world data to achieve better health outcomes, announced the addition of Lia Ahchu, Vice President Client Success. In this role, Ms. Ahchu will lead the team focused on the critical factors associated with the success of our clients. Leveraging more than 20 years of healthcare and technology experience across account management, business process development, and launch readiness, Ms. Ahchu’s appointment highlights Patient Discovery’s dedication and commitment to its clients and users, ensuring complete satisfaction to all they serve.

Ms. Ahchu brings extensive experience from the health system and Social Determinants of Health spaces. She has been deeply engaged with health systems, health plans, government agencies, and social services organizations as they band together to focus on impacting patient outcomes by addressing non-medical needs upstream from the health system. Most recently she served as Director, Community Solutions at Signify Health (NYSE: SGFY). Prior to Signify Health, she held various leadership roles at TAV Health, acquired by Signify Health; CareFusion, acquired by Becton Dickinson (NYSE: BDX,); and Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH).
